They were some of the key players in the Legendary 1958 and 1962 Great Britain Ashes winning  touring teams. They are amongst the greatest ever players to pull on a Rugby League shirt. Click their names in the Menu on the left to see and read more about each of the players.

Sadly Eric Ashton and Vince Karalius have passed away since we conducted these interviews with them, but they will remain in the memories of all those who were privileged to have seen them play. These interviews will give present and future generations an insight into the ‘Men behind the Legends’, we at the National Archive of Rugby League Video Interviews sincerely hope so.

We have brought these 8 interviews together in one Limited Edition set so you can keep them together in your collection for you and future generations to enjoy.
